We service our project partners and land owners by often sourcing suitable development sites and facilitating the land division and/or development process from conception to completion.

ETHAN PARSA
Founder / MD
Ethan is an experienced property developer and construction professional. In addition to connecting astute investors with diligently selected development projects, he is responsible for the project management of the development projects from conception to completion. Specialising in the delivery of residential developments, Ethan brings a diverse set of skills and a pragmatic approach to the management of Adroit projects’ day-to-day operations. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering (Hons), a Cert IV (Building & Construction), is a Licensed Building Supervisor and not too shabby on the tennis court.
